Mr. Kota Kumar, a highly accomplished professional and the esteemed Chairman of the Group. With a Masters in Business Administration, he possesses a profound understanding of strategic management and plays a pivotal role in shaping the group's direction and overseeing its overall operations. Mr. Kota Kumar brings with him an extensive experience of 15 years in the gold and diamond manufacturing and processing industry, showcasing his expertise in this domain.

In addition to his role as Chairman, Mr. Kota Kumar also holds the position of Managing Director at Akshara Metals Pvt Ltd. Recognizing the immense potential for growth, he envisions expanding the business globally and has ambitious plans to establish operations in India, Dubai, the US, and Hong Kong. Mrs. Kota Srujana, the esteemed Chairperson of our Group. Alongside her role as Chairperson, she also serves as the Principal of Akshara Schools. Mrs. Kota Srujana's academic achievements include a Master's degree in English, a Master's in Commerce (M.Com), and a Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed). Her dedication to education and her role as the Principal of Akshara Schools underscores her commitment to providing quality education and fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Mrs. Kota Srujana is the Director for Aksahra Metals Pvt Ltd. has experience in designing and processing of gold, diamond, ornaments and sustainable jewelry brands for the past 15 years. Mrs. Kota Srujana associated with Royal diamond and jewelry for many years for bringing new designs and models of jewelry. Her design brings valuable insights into the artistic and creative aspects of gold jewelry which marketed in national and international.

Mrs. Kota Srujana has served relentlessly to build a business empire that has carved out a reputation for itself in the regional marketplace. With his stellar leadership and expert level business building skills, Mrs. Kota Srujana has over time emerged as a force to reckon with in the business world and has laid the foundation for KK GROUP to grow into a global enterprise that is geared for sustained high value growth.

Mr. Ramesh Babu, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Akshara Metals Pvt. Ltd., possesses an extensive 26-year background in diamond processing, mining, and the diamond and jewelry industry. He holds a Masters in Business Management, further enhancing his capabilities as a dynamic leader in the organization.

Since 1998, Mr. Ramesh Babu has garnered extensive experience in the field of gem and jewelry. His journey began with his initial exposure to a diamond cutting and polishing unit, where he gained valuable hands-on experience. Throughout the years, he has honed his skills and expertise in the industry, developing a deep understanding of the intricacies of gem and jewelry craftsmanship.

With the experience gained in the field of Gem & Jewellery, Mr. Ramesh Babu has started Royal Guntagani Industries Pvt Ltd with Head quarters at Hyderabad and travelled across the world and obtained expertise in the field of Trading in Diamonds and making Jewellery with Job work and exports to USA, UAE and Europe.

Mr. Ramesh Babu possesses an extensive understanding of working with mine owners in Africa, particularly in sourcing rough diamonds and gold. Leveraging his rich experience, he has joined forces with the Akshara Group to establish a manufacturing unit. The valuable knowledge and expertise he has gained in the field will play a pivotal role in successfully setting up this unit in the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone (VSEZ).
